Conflict Resolution Services offers free, confidential, informal and objective services to help UO students address difficulties or conflicts with others in their lives. They offer services such as mediation/facilitated conversation, coaching/consultations and group facilitation, as well as trainings/workshops (see https://uodos.uoregon.edu/Programs/ConflictResolutionServices/Services.aspx for more info about specific services!).
Other issues they can help with:
· Dilemmas with supervisors or co-workers
· Challenges within a student organization or club
· Difficulties within a team (e.g. problems with a coach or other team members)
· Problems within class project groups, or with group members who would like to work more effectively as a group
· Issues with professors, students, advisers or classmates
