- Be Well Wednesdays is an interactive workshop offered weekly where you can learn to identify and manage your own stress through relaxation and stress management techniques.
- The goal is to provide you with the tools and techniques to respond to your daily life stressors in a positive way and to ultimately feel less stressed.
