Make sure to catch up on Eugene garbage laws with the Thundercan campaign. Garbage cans, recycling bins, and yard debris containers can only be left on street curbs for 24 hours. On October 24th, Thundercans may be in your neighborhood, handing out refrigerator magnets and door hangers with valuable information.
