Planning to drink? Follow these tips to have fun but help
you stay safe in the process:
· Avoid mixing alcohol with prescription (or non prescription)
drugs.
· Space and pace: alternate alcoholic drinks with water to
stay hydrated; pace alcoholic drinks at no more than one per hour.
· Do not consume drinks that have been left unattended.
· Consume food prior to and while drinking.
· Keep track of how much you are drinking.
· Plan a safe ride home (i.e. designated driver, taxi, etc).
